Job Summary
Supporting Sales Executives and assisting clients with service needs, the full-time salaried Iowa Licensed Commercial Account Manager will provide technical support, manage account changes, and ensure timely processing of insurance applications while working remotely from Des Moines, IA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assist in analyzing client needs alongside Sales Executives
- Manage the completion and submission of applications, ensuring timely quotations and accuracy of issued documents
- Maintain and update client information in the Applied EPIC system while handling claims and cancellation requests
Required Qualifications
- College degree with a minimum of 3 years of insurance experience or 5 years of insurance experience
- Valid Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license required
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and markets
- Ability to perform complex tasks with multiple variables
