To enhance customer engagement and business planning, the full-time Iowa Licensed Hospital Specialist will conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals using various in-person, virtual, and digital tools while coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve patient care and experiences.

Required qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
- Previous cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences or a related industry
- 4 or more years of experience working in a sales role with healthcare professionals, ideally representing multiple products
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation
- Demonstrates a commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with regulatory standards
