Iowa Licensed Insurance Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Iowa Licensed Insurance Agent will take inbound calls from warm leads, conducting consultations to identify customer needs and providing tailored insurance solutions in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
• Educate clients on insurance offerings and identify opportunities for upselling additional services
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues by researching and providing effective solutions

Required qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a service or sales environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
• Proficiency in using multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Must possess a GED or High School Diploma and be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Availability to attend 100% of the paid training period and work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays
