Job Summary

Experienced in managing complex claims, the fully remote Iowa Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will apply their expertise to analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze and resolve claims while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
• Interact extensively with involved parties to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
