IP and Technology Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled IP and Technology Transactions Attorney, the remote position will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts while advising on intellectual property matters and supporting general corporate legal issues.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements
• Handle various technology, purchase, service, and consulting agreements
• Advise business team members on intellectual property matters and other legal issues

Required qualifications

• Law degree with 3-5 years of experience in-house and/or at a law firm
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating licensing and commercial contracts
• Familiarity with open-source software and/or generative artificial intelligence is a plus
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and proven drafting and organizational abilities
