Job Summary

Managing complex pharmaceutical IP litigation matters, the full-time remote IP Litigation Project Manager will oversee the lifecycle of cases, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring disciplined execution throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead matter planning and execution, developing scope, risk assessments, and milestone-driven plans
• Coordinate key litigation activities, including discovery, expert engagement, and trial preparation
• Establish governance structures and communication plans across stakeholders to drive accountability

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex litigation or legal operations programs with multiple workstreams
• Strong project management capabilities, including scheduling, risk tracking, and executive reporting
• Experience coordinating discovery and data-intensive workflows in a defensible manner
• Demonstrated strength in budget management and vendor governance
• 5-10 years in legal operations or litigation project management, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech environments
