Job Summary
Supporting the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) client, the full-time remote Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into system specifications, acting as a liaison between technical and business teams, and managing project documentation and schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, producing necessary documentation and outputs
- Manage project schedules, monitor risks and dependencies, and ensure compliance with IRS security requirements
- Develop and present briefings, reports, and project status updates to stakeholder groups and executive audiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a project management capacity
- Proven ability to work with geographically dispersed development teams using online communication tools
- Knowledge of federal information security policies and risk management processes
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance
