Job Summary
To support the implementation of study-specific Interactive Response Technology (IRT), the full-time IRT Project Manager will manage cross-functional teams, oversee timelines and deliverables, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead study-specific IRT Implementation Teams and coordinate with stakeholders across various functions
- Create and manage IRT-related timelines, deliverables, and documentation while facilitating review meetings
- Act as the primary point of contact for the IRT vendor and ensure efficient data exchange and issue resolution
Required qualifications
- University/college degree in life sciences, health sciences, information technology, or related fields, or equivalent experience
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in clinical systems project management, particularly with IRT and/or eCOA platforms
- Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and vendor management
- Strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and regulatory compliance
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
