IS Program Manager

Job Summary

To lead enterprise initiatives within the Clinical Technology Strategy & Delivery pillar, the full-time remote IS Program Manager - Enterprise Medical Device Strategy will provide program leadership, strategic coordination, and execution oversight while partnering with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the development and chartering of enterprise programs and initiatives, establishing frameworks and governance structures
• Coordinate strategic workstreams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to advance enterprise medical device strategy
• Serve as a point of coordination and escalation, addressing cross-program dependencies and supporting execution teams to maintain momentum

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in Information Technology and/or the Healthcare Industry
• 6 years of experience with Project Management methodology, including experience with complex decision-making structures among executive stakeholders
• 1 year of relevant portfolio management experience
• Demonstrated experience in professional presentation environments, such as conferences and meetings
