IS Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing program leadership and strategic coordination, the full-time remote IS Program Manager - Enterprise Medical Device Strategy will oversee enterprise initiatives within the Clinical Technology Strategy & Delivery pillar, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and chartering of enterprise programs and initiatives, establishing frameworks and governance structures
• Coordinate strategic workstreams and facilitate collaboration across various teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
• Analyze information and performance insights to support the execution of strategic roadmaps and operational outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in Information Technology and/or the Healthcare Industry
• 6 years of experience with Project Management methodology, including complex decision-making among executive stakeholders
• 1 year of relevant portfolio management experience
• Experience with vendor/contract management and negotiations
