IS Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic coordination and execution oversight for enterprise initiatives, the full-time IS Program Manager will focus on enterprise medical device strategy while working remotely, partnering with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and chartering of enterprise programs and initiatives, establishing frameworks and governance structures
• Coordinate strategic workstreams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
• Analyze performance insights and support the execution of strategic roadmaps to translate priorities into operational outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in Information Technology and/or the Healthcare Industry
• 6 years of experience with Project Management methodology, including complex decision-making structures among executive stakeholders
• 1 year of relevant portfolio management experience
• Demonstrated experience in professional presentation environments, such as conferences and association meetings
