IS Program Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on enterprise medical device strategy, the full-time IS Program Manager will provide program leadership and execution oversight for initiatives within the Clinical Technology Strategy & Delivery pillar, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment and measurable impact in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and chartering of enterprise programs, establishing frameworks and governance structures
• Coordinate strategic workstreams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to advance enterprise initiatives
• Analyze performance insights and support the execution of strategic roadmaps to achieve operational outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology
• 6 years of experience in Information Technology and/or the Healthcare Industry
• 6 years of experience with Project Management methodology, including complex decision-making among executive stakeholders
• 1 year of relevant portfolio management experience
• Demonstrated experience in professional presentation environments, such as conferences and meetings
