IS Program Manager - Oregon

Job Summary

Focusing on enterprise medical device strategy, the full-time IS Program Manager - Oregon will provide program leadership, strategic coordination, and execution oversight for initiatives within the Clinical Technology Strategy & Delivery pillar, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and chartering of enterprise programs and initiatives while establishing program frameworks and governance structures
• Coordinate strategic workstreams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Support the development and execution of strategic roadmaps, analyzing performance insights to translate priorities into operational outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in Information Technology and/or the Healthcare Industry
• 6 years of experience with Project Management methodology, including implementing complex decision-making structures
• 1 year of relevant portfolio management experience
• Demonstrated experience as a speaker in professional presentation environments
