Israeli Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Supporting the General Counsel in a remote capacity, the Israeli Licensed Senior Counsel will manage corporate governance for the Israeli parent company, oversee commercial contracting, and provide legal advice on corporate and equity matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements, while maintaining contract templates
• Assist with employment matters and develop internal legal policies in collaboration with the General Counsel and HR
• Manage corporate governance activities, including preparing board materials and ensuring compliance with Israeli Companies Law

Required qualifications

• Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) and admission to the Israel Bar; US bar admission or experience is an advantage
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience
• Hands-on experience with Israeli corporate governance, particularly in technology companies
• Strong background in commercial contracting, especially SaaS agreements
• Fluent in English and professional Hebrew for corporate records and filings
