Job Summary
Leading agile teams to deliver customer and business value, the full-time remote IT Agile Delivery Owner will manage release schedules, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and mentor others on Agile and Lean practices within the Digital Customer Communication organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage release schedules and coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure effective delivery
- Facilitate planning and continuous improvement processes while removing impediments
- Mentor team members on Agile and Lean practices to enhance technology solution delivery
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business-related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience with industry-standard agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on cross-functional planning and alignment
- Advanced experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog and work item management
