IT AI Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning the delivery of the Enterprise AI program portfolio, the full-time IT AI Technical Program Manager will manage program milestones from requirements through production, coordinating cross-functional teams and producing executive-level reporting while working remotely within the USA.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of the Enterprise AI program portfolio through its milestone framework
- Maintain accurate program and milestone status in Jira and run the operating cadence to keep programs moving
- Produce weekly leadership reporting that ties each program's progress to its business outcome
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of technical program or project management experience in IT or software delivery
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and agile delivery practices
- Demonstrated ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams with structured milestone tracking
- Experience delivering AI, ML, or data platform programs is preferred
