IT Analyst 1

Job Summary

Providing remote technical support, the full-time IT Analyst 1 will assist dental team members by troubleshooting IT systems, managing service desk tickets, and ensuring efficient resolution of technical inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to electronic requests, delivering prompt and effective support
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, maintaining system documentation and collaborating with resources for complex inquiries
• Implement and support Microsoft technologies and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting hardware systems over the phone
• Completion of an associate's degree in an IT-related field is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Active Directory and Azure
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Practical customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to manage customer inquiries
