IT Analyst
Job Summary
Providing remote assistance to dental team members, the full-time IT Analyst 1 will troubleshoot IT systems including software, hardware, networks, and digital imaging systems while managing service desk tickets and technical inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide effective technical support to users
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues while maintaining system documentation
- Implement and support Microsoft technologies and disaster recovery solutions for dental offices
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting hardware systems over the phone
- Completion of an associate's degree in an IT-related field is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Active Directory
- Familiarity with computer networking and Azure
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
