IT Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Identity and Access Management Team, the full-time IT Analyst will collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage user access requests, maintain access records, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with established protocols in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the implementation team to activate and deactivate user access, ensuring all requirements are met
• Continuously update the Client Access Knowledge Base and document audit requirements for user access
• Conduct weekly follow-ups on outstanding user requests and assist in user access audits, generating reports and identifying discrepancies

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
• Proven experience in building or maturing an Identity and Access Management function
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and supporting a diverse workforce, preferably in healthcare/medical billing
• Familiarity with access management protocols and auditing processes
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar access management tools is a plus
