IT Analyst Contract

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the IT Analyst will manage employee IT support, identity and access operations, and operational documentation while ensuring service continuity and quality control for a temporary engagement lasting 3 to 5 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employees with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other approved applications while troubleshooting access and endpoint issues
• Manage onboarding, role changes, and terminations, ensuring proper access validation and compliance with approval requirements
• Own ServiceNow ITSM tickets from initiation to closure, documenting actions and providing updates to requesters while escalating issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support and identity administration experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 in a SaaS environment
• Experience with onboarding, role changes, terminations, and access validation processes
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented approach in a fully remote setting
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations and resolve routine issues independently
• Clear written communication skills with disciplined ticket documentation for operational review
