IT and Business Systems Manager
Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-oriented, the fully remote IT and Business Systems Manager will oversee day-to-day technology operations, manage IT support for U.S. employees, and direct administration of Salesforce and NetSuite while driving business technology decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage IT operations, including deskside support, onboarding, and access for U.S. employees
- Direct the administration of Salesforce and NetSuite, evaluating system requests based on business impact
- Oversee vendor relationships and enforce AI governance policies to ensure compliance and effective tool usage
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing IT or end-user support, including leadership roles
- Strong technical skills with hands-on experience resolving deskside support and endpoint issues
- Experience managing a SaaS stack in a cloud-first environment
- Proven experience administering Google Workspace and identity/SSO solutions
- Ability to analyze ROI of requests and make data-driven recommendations on project viability
