IT and Security Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing security, compliance, and IT operations, the full-time remote IT and Security Manager will manage a talented team, prioritize cross-functional initiatives, and maintain structured security processes to support a growing data company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the IT & Security Team and oversee project roadmaps and helpdesk workflows
• Maintain audit-ready security and compliance processes, partnering with stakeholders on technical changes
• Facilitate vendor relationships and manage contracts to ensure effective tools spending

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing an IT, Security, or Technical Operations team
• 3+ years of experience working in a fully remote environment
• Experience managing IT project roadmaps and enterprise system migrations
• Working knowledge of enterprise identity and access management and disaster recovery planning
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash)
