IT Applications Professional
Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional travel to Tulsa, the direct-hire IT Applications Professional will manage the software development lifecycle to configure and customize solutions for the Enterprise Asset Management platform, Octave Attune EAM, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions while creating and updating system documentation and training materials
- Gather and document business requirements, providing time and cost estimates for proposed changes while consulting with users on priorities and impacts
- Coordinate development activities with team members, vendors, and management, following defined change control and compliance procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with multiple development languages and software development concepts
- Familiarity with database management systems and the software development lifecycle methodology
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and infrastructure impacts on development activities
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with business users and stakeholders
