IT Applications Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting project management initiatives, the remote contract IT Applications Specialist will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot application issues, and maintain systems for various project management tools.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to service requests and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for applications such as PWA, MS Project, and PowerApps
- Assist in setting up QA environments and provide on-site technical support during training sessions
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in an IT or Business related discipline and a minimum of four years of relevant work experience in technical tool administration
- Alternatively, a minimum of six years of related work experience in technical tool administration without a degree
- Experience with applications such as MS Project, Planview AgilePlace, and Power Automate
- Strong background in troubleshooting and providing technical support for project management tools
- Ability to conduct license audits for project management applications
