IT Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

Providing asset management support for designated IT equipment and software, the full-time IT Asset Management Analyst will respond to user requests, maintain compliance documentation, and track software licenses in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user requests regarding asset-related issues and work with support teams to resolve problems
• Maintain compliance documentation and ensure assets meet company and regulatory requirements
• Gather and compile data related to asset usage, cost, performance, and compliance, preparing reports as needed

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to access to export-controlled commodities and technology
• Experience with asset tracking and management systems
• Familiarity with compliance standards related to asset management
• Proficiency in preparing and distributing reports on asset data
