IT Asset Manager

Job Summary

Joining the team as a full-time Associate IS Asset Manager, the candidate will manage IT hardware and software asset inventory, support contract documentation, and assist with asset lifecycle activities in a remote environment with occasional on-site attendance required.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update IT hardware and software asset inventory records in the asset management system
• Support tracking of software licenses, maintenance agreements, and assist with contract documentation
• Generate routine asset management reports and assist with data validation and reconciliation activities

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing IT hardware and/or software assets with a working understanding of asset lifecycle concepts
• Experience in IT asset management, IT procurement, or software license or contract management
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and take ownership of work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection
