Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Asset Manager in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic oversight of IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy and alignment with organizational goals
- Manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and refine/implement the ITAM framework
- Develop, implement, and continuously monitor ITAM processes, policies, and standards
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management
- Proficiency in ITAM and IT Service Management tools, such as ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL frameworks and leveraging ITAM, ITSM, and ITOM best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
