IT Asset Recovery Leader

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end recovery process of IT assets, the full-time IT Asset Recovery Leader will oversee the retrieval of laptops, peripherals, and related hardware from departing employees in a remote work environment, ensuring compliance and efficiency while driving innovative recovery strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full asset-recovery workflow for voluntary, involuntary, and no-show cases across the workforce
• Coordinate reverse logistics and track devices from separation to physical receipt, addressing escalations as needed
• Produce recovery dashboards and KPIs for leadership, focusing on recovery rates and cost efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management, reverse logistics, or offboarding within a BPO or large distributed work-at-home environment
• Proven track record of improving asset recovery rates in high-attrition settings
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ITAM/CMDB platforms and familiarity with MDM/endpoint management tools
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills across HR, Payroll, IT, and Legal
• Data-literate with proficiency in Excel and BI tools for reporting and reconciliation
