IT Associate Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading IT projects remotely on a contract basis, the IT Associate Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects while balancing business value, cost, schedule, and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Directs and manages IT project development and delivery from beginning to end
- Facilitates project scope definition in collaboration with project sponsors and develops IT project plans
- Guides projects through governance processes and influences team members to ensure accountability for their work
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in leading or facilitating IT projects
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks such as PMBOK or PRINCE2
- Proven ability to develop and implement project strategies that align with business objectives
- Strong background in building relationships and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
