IT Associate Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading IT projects remotely on a contract basis, the IT Associate Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects while balancing business value, cost, schedule, and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Directs and manages IT project development and delivery from beginning to end
- Facilitates project scope definition in collaboration with project sponsors and develops project plans
- Guides projects through governance processes and fosters relationships essential for project success
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in leading or facilitating IT projects
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMBOK
- Experience in application development, infrastructure, or similar areas
- Strong understanding of budget management and project lifecycle improvement strategies
