IT Audit Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing consulting practice, the full-time IT Audit Consultant will work closely with client executives to assess and manage financial and operational risks, develop strategies for compliance and cybersecurity, and provide strategic business assurance while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify and manage technology risks within their business systems
• Develop and implement processes and controls that address key risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Conduct internal audits and IT control assessments, providing recommendations for improvements based on client operations

Required qualifications

• 4-year degree in a relevant field
• One year of experience in IT audit or cybersecurity
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in management/computer information systems, cybersecurity, or related program
• Experience with SOX and SOC audits is preferred
• Interest in obtaining CISA, CISSP, CISM, or SSCP certifications is desirable
