IT Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support solution delivery, the full-time IT Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and engage with stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions and document business processes and workflows
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and support testing activities
- Act as a primary point of contact for business units, facilitating workshops and ensuring alignment
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements elicitation techniques
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and requirements management platforms like Azure DevOps
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation
