IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders and IT teams, the full-time remote IT Business Analyst will identify business needs and deliver enterprise application solutions across ERP and CRM platforms while translating business processes into clear requirements and functional specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Participates in discussions with business partners to understand requirements and identify viable solution options
• Develops business process knowledge and creates documentation such as process flow diagrams and functional requirements
• Collaborates with technical teams to support process enhancements and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 4-8 years of Business Analysis or related experience supporting enterprise applications preferred
• Functional knowledge of enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
• Experience documenting user stories and managing backlogs using Jira or Azure DevOps preferred
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new IT applications and technologies required
