Job Summary
To support enterprise business applications within the procure-to-pay environment, the full-time remote IT Business Analyst - Business Applications will administer and support SaaS applications like JAGGAER, Concur, and AppZen, ensuring effective system operation and user support.
Key responsibilities
- Administers and supports enterprise SaaS applications, monitoring application health and troubleshooting issues
- Coordinates application enhancements, testing, and user acceptance testing while translating business requirements into application solutions
- Provides responsive support to users across the university and partners with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
Required qualifications
- One year of experience administering and supporting SaaS or cloud-based business applications
- Experience with procure-to-pay processes and troubleshooting enterprise application issues
- Ability to manage application support requests independently and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders
- Experience supporting application enhancements, upgrades, and system changes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
