Job Summary
To support a Billing Modernization program, the full-time IT Business Analyst with Oracle CC&B will analyze system solutions, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams, while working mostly remotely with occasional travel to San Ramon or Stockton, CA.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead project functionality delivery by partnering with technical teams and business clients
- Analyze complex business processes and define detailed requirements for various projects
- Provide expert consulting in information technology to identify and meet business needs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of job-related experience with Oracle CC&B or similar platforms
- Occasional travel to business locations such as Stockton or San Ramon is required
- Experience in business analysis with a focus on complex projects
- Strong understanding of utility industry processes is preferred
