IT Business Partner, R&D
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic and operational bridge between R&D functions and IT, the remote IT Business Partner, R&D and Compliance will manage the Veeva R&D application landscape, translating business needs into technology roadmaps while ensuring compliance and alignment with global strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT partner for designated R&D functions, building and maintaining relationship plans
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Veeva R&D systems, ensuring they support compliance and business needs
- Lead system configuration, validation, and change control activities for Veeva platforms in a GxP-regulated environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 8 years in a client-facing IT role within pharma/biotech, with increasing responsibility
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QMS and Veeva Vault RIM
- Strong understanding of GxP-regulated environments and computer system validation processes
- Experience with regulatory submission and quality management processes in pharma R&D
