Job Summary
To ensure IT service delivery aligns with operational needs across the Americas, the full-time IT Business Relationship Director will manage relationships with program leadership, translate business needs into IT priorities, and oversee escalations while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior IT partner to RAI and CRRD program leadership, providing strategic guidance on IT service delivery and emerging risks
- Own escalation pathways for issues between helpdesk and engineering teams, ensuring timely resolution and communication
- Monitor service delivery performance and key performance indicators, identifying patterns for problem management review
Required Qualifications:
- 6-8 years in a relationship management or program/operations role, preferably in humanitarian or nonprofit environments
- Working knowledge of the IT service and technology lifecycle, with the ability to engage with technical teams
- Familiarity with IT best-practice frameworks such as ITIL or Agile/Scrum
- Experience translating operational needs into technical priorities and tracking performance metrics
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred
