IT Business Systems Analysis Manager
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise business transformation and automation, the remote IT Business Systems Analysis Manager will lead process documentation and redesign efforts across Finance, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition while partnering with implementation vendors to deliver automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with process owners to document current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate future-state design and drive standardization across business units
- Develop and execute test plans, lead user acceptance testing, and support post-deployment activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business analysis or related fields
- 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or enterprise systems delivery
- Experience with ERP, HCM, and enterprise-level Talent Acquisition platforms
- Proven ability to document current-state processes and design future-state processes
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions integration or organizational restructuring
