IT Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time IT Business Systems Analyst will implement and enhance business capabilities within the Product & Merchandising technology portfolio in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and technology solutions while collaborating with business partners
- Support the implementation and rollout of technology platforms, including requirements gathering, testing, and training
- Manage enhancement requests and ensure continuous improvement initiatives align with changing business needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise business applications
- Experience with system integrations, data governance, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with merchandising and product creation processes in retail or consumer goods
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management principles
