IT Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support scientific research operations, the full-time IT Business Systems Analyst II will plan, design, and launch efficient business systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance biomedical research workflows and data integrity, with the option for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze complex data processing challenges and design scalable solutions for business, financial, and operations systems
- Investigate application issues, compile detailed reports with root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions
- Lead initiatives to automate data collection and reporting using modern cloud and integration tools within an Agile environment
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems or a directly related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience
- Experience optimizing SQL Server performance and managing multi-million record datasets using SSMS and PL/SQL
- Proficiency in building custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++ and Visual Studio
- Ability to design and implement scalable ETL pipelines and maintain data integrity across hybrid environments
- Experience developing interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau using advanced DAX and custom visuals
