IT Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support an enterprise healthcare client, the contract IT Business Systems Analyst will work remotely on configuration changes and build for Epic Cadence/Prelude, translating user requirements into design specifications, and serving as a mentor to team members.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Epic Cadence/Prelude configuration changes while ensuring adherence to industry standards and resolving any issues
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications and review with clients for accuracy
- Participate in Epic software upgrade initiatives, including design, build, and testing phases, while ensuring proper documentation and issue escalation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Epic Cadence and Prelude systems
- Proficiency in functional and technical design specifications
- Ability to perform in-depth analysis of workflows and data collection
- Experience in mentoring or serving as a subject matter expert
