To support an enterprise healthcare client, the remote contract IT Business Systems Analyst will build and maintain Epic Willow application functionality, support pharmacy-related incidents and workflows, and gather requirements for enhancements and optimizations.

- Build and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory application functionality
- Support pharmacy-related incidents, service requests, and operational workflows
- Gather requirements and implement approved enhancements and optimization efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Epic Willow applications
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication management
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong analytical skills related to healthcare IT systems
