Job Summary
Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time remote IT Business Systems Analyst Lead will manage discovery, analysis, and solution design efforts while collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Develop functional and logical design documentation and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions while mentoring less experienced analysts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, business, computer science, or a related area, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in business or systems analysis, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency with SQL and understanding of relational databases
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
- Experience with application lifecycle or test management tools such as Azure DevOps
