IT Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Power BI environment and managing data pipelines, the full-time IT Business Systems Manager will build and maintain reports and dashboards while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors in a fully remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet user needs and are actively utilized
• Oversee the Power BI environment, managing datasets, refreshes, and access while troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Establish and monitor data pipelines, aggregating information from various systems into the central data warehouse

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, computer science, or equivalent experience
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and debug queries against large production databases
• Proficient in Power BI, including managing models, DAX, and workspaces
• Experience using AI tools for producing queries, models, reports, and scripts, with a focus on verification
• Three or more years of experience in building and supporting data and reporting systems, including ownership of a BI environment
