IT Capability Manager
Job Summary
To support a dynamic healthcare team, the remote contract IT Capability Manager will manage clinical alert content capabilities, develop operational reporting dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance operational processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of clinical alert logic packages, including documentation and operational monitoring
- Create and maintain operational and performance reporting dashboards to support governance and quality monitoring
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to clarify operational dependencies and manage issue resolution
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with operational data analysis and performance reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and process gaps
- Experience in healthcare operations or clinical programs is preferred
