IT Change Management Consultant
Job Summary
To support enterprise technology initiatives, the part-time IT Organizational Change Management Consultant will drive stakeholder adoption, user readiness, and successful business outcomes while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify stakeholder, process, organizational, and technology impacts
- Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans
- Create and implement strategies for communications, training, stakeholder engagement, user readiness, and adoption
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience supporting IT projects and technology implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with Organizational Change Management for technology-driven initiatives
- Experience using Prosci change management principles and methodologies
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
