IT Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance the compliance program for Infrastructure and Cloud Services, the full-time IT Systems Compliance Analyst will monitor compliance standards, develop policies, and manage audit documentation while working onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and mature the infrastructure and cloud compliance program, including requirements and KPIs
- Develop, update, and interpret policies and procedures aligned with various security frameworks
- Support internal and external audits, advising on remediation through Corrective Action Plans
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of IT infrastructure experience in design, implementation, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience applying security frameworks (NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs, HITRUST) in a large enterprise environment
- Experience working with auditors on SOC 2, FISMA, or similar audits
- Proficiency with scanning and audit tools such as Nessus/ACAS, Wiz, or Nexpose
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience
