IT Compliance Manager
Job Summary
Owning and scaling compliance, security, privacy, and IT programs, the full-time remote IT Compliance Manager will manage SOC 2 compliance, lead ISO 27001 certification preparation, and ensure adherence to GDPR and EU AI Act requirements while collaborating with Engineering and Infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the SOC 2 compliance program, including audits and remediation
- Lead ISO 27001 certification readiness, including risk assessments and audit preparation
- Manage system access controls and IT equipment provisioning and lifecycle management
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in compliance, information security, IT, or privacy
- Hands-on experience with SOC 2 and preferably ISO 27001
- Working knowledge of GDPR, privacy, and AI governance, including the EU AI Act
- Understanding of access management and endpoint security
- Experience with tools such as Vanta, Google Workspace, or cloud infrastructure is a plus
