IT Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote IT Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will manage the company's cybersecurity control program and oversee the performance of the managed service provider (MSP) in a regulated transportation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the company's control set mapped to NIST CSF 2.0 and administer the Vanta GRC platform
• Perform periodic control testing, manage the policy lifecycle, and maintain the enterprise risk register
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for the MSP, managing service delivery expectations and monitoring contracted service levels

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in IT compliance, information security, IT audit, or IT governance
• Hands-on experience with a recognized security framework (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)
• Experience administering a GRC or compliance automation platform
• Working knowledge of core IT controls such as identity and access management and vulnerability management
• Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
