IT Compliance Manager
Job Summary
To enhance cybersecurity measures, the full-time salaried IT Compliance Manager will build and manage the company's cybersecurity control program while overseeing the performance of the managed service provider (MSP) in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee the company's control set mapped to NIST CSF 2.0 across all functions
- Administer the Vanta GRC platform, including control monitoring and evidence collection
- Manage the relationship with the MSP, including service delivery expectations and performance monitoring
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in IT compliance, information security, or IT governance
- Hands-on experience with recognized security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001
- Experience administering a GRC or compliance automation platform
- Proven ability to manage outsourced IT providers, including service level monitoring
- Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is a plus
